20 Apr 2005 - South London Interfaith Group in conjunction with Greenwich Multi-Faith Forum hold Plumstead Inter Faith Walk

The Plumstead Inter Faith Walk was held on Saturday 3 July 2004 and visited 5 local places of worship:

* Greenwich Islamic Centre, Plumstead Road

* Greenwich Hindu Mandir, Bannockburn Road

* St Patrick's Church, Conway Road (shared vegetarian lunch here)

* London Lei Sang Si Buddhist Temple, Glyndon Road

* Sikh Gurdwara, Masons Hill

The event was open to people from all faiths or no faith, and was an opportunity to meet one's other-faith neighbours and learn about their religious beliefs and traditions. Visit the gallery for photographs of the event.
