A Requiem for the late Pope has been held at St. Peter's Church, Woolwich. In total there were about 350 people, including members of non-Christian faiths.
Greenwich Council leader Chris Roberts said: "It's been a momentous month for members of local religious communities.
"The Pope's death has moved both Christian and groups of other faiths and it has prompted everyone to come together in the spirit of community harmony. It's great to live in a borough where we respect each other's beliefs."
